Instructions for getting to the ceremony:
By Metra and Brown Line Trains:
Guests traveling from the suburbs can take Metra into downtown Chicago and transfer to the CTA Brown Line. Exit at the Paulina Station and enjoy a short walk to the church. The Brown Line is often the easiest option for avoiding city traffic and parking.
By Car:
From downtown Chicago, take Lake Shore Drive north to Diversey Parkway and head west. From the northern suburbs, take I-94 (Kennedy Expressway) south and exit at Diversey Parkway. From the western suburbs, take I-290 or I-90/94 toward Chicago and follow signs for Diversey Parkway. Please allow extra travel time for Chicago traffic, especially on weekends.
Parking:
The Immanuel Anglican Church parking lot will have limited parking availability. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood (mostly for free).
Our wedding reception and afterparty are both located at The Lakeview Center at Gillson Park in Wilmette, Illinois. For our reception guests, the cocktail hour will begin at 4 PM, and dinner seating will begin at 5 PM. The afterparty will begin at 7:30 PM, and pizza and drinks will be served. Please refer to your wedding invite to determine your arrival time at the Lakeview Center.
Due to the Lakeview Center's operating hours, we kindly ask that you exit the reception and afterparty venue by 10:45 PM.
In any case, be ready to dance and spend some time outside! (Weather permitting). The address for the Lakeview Center is:

By Car:
For guests who prefer to drive, the Lakeview Center at Gillson Park is about a 30- to 40-minute drive north of Immanuel Anglican Church.
By Metra:
Guests can also take Metra's Union Pacific North (UP-N) Line from Clybourn Station to Wilmette Station. From there, Gillson Park is about a 20-minute walk.
Please check train schedules in advance, especially for the trip home.
Parking:
Limited free parking is available along Michigan Ave in front of Gillson Park and on Linden Ave off of Sheridan Road. Both streets are a short walk away from the Lakeview Center. Please note that parking on Michigan Ave is not permitted after 10:30 PM. Paid parking is widely available at The Lakeview Center parking lot for $26 per car.
